The EFF earlier imposed 250 thousand Birr fine, plus the suspension of the stadium for one year over Woldiya City but after the appeal by the club the fine was reduced to 150 thousand Birr while the stadium is suspended only for three games.

Dedebit miss winning spirit after coach Negusse’s suspension
ADDIS ABABA – The long time league leaders in this season, Dedebit have begun slipping following the suspension of their coach Negusse Desta for three months.
To add to their misery, the EFF also banned their ace striker Getahun Kebede for four matches.
The disciplinary measure was taken after the club conceded defeat at the hands of the current leaders Jima Abajifar.
It looks visible that the suspension of their head coach Nigusse has negative consequences on their results. For 13 matches under Negusse Dedebit had a clean sheet at the season’s league competition but starting from the coach’s suspension the side went down to the third place with successive defeats.
